Attend a Rotary meeting as a guest and learn more about what Rotary does.
Select a Club
We are one of three clubs in Vernon, BC to choose from. Visit them all and find out which club works for you.
The other two clubs are:
Vernon Silver Star – meets Tuesday mornings at 6:45 AM
Rotary Club of Vernon – meets Wednesdays at lunch.
Discussions with Club
Meet with Membership Committee members, and other Kal Rotarians, to find out more about the benefits and responsibilities of becoming a Rotarian.
Submit Membership Application
Once you submit your membership application, it is reviewed and circulated for approval. As part of this process you’ll meet with the Membership Committee members to discuss your interest in joining.
Membership Approved
Once your membership is approved, you will be paired with a mentor to provide a point of contact and support. It’s a good idea if you get involved with a committee and participate in club activities right away so that you get to know other members and learn more about Rotary.
NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE YOU SUBMIT YOUR MEETING REGISTRATION BY 4PM ON TUESDAY TO ENSURE OUT CATERER HAS AN ACCURATE HEAD COUNT.

Membership Responsibilities
Your time, energy, and a passion to improve your community are all you need to get involved with Rotary.
As a member, you will be asked to:
- Pay club dues
- Attend meetings
- Get involved in Club activities, socials, work parties
