Adventures in Citizenship
Kalamalka Rotary sponsors a student, aged 16 to 18, to attend Adventures in Citizenship Program in Ottawa, normally held for 5 days in late April each year.
This program, hosted by the Rotary Club of Ottawa, provides a unique opportunity for participants to meet their peers from every part of Canada and to discuss and debate with them issues facing Canada today. It also gives participants the opportunity to see “behind-the-scenes” at many of Ottawa’s National institutions. The cost of the program is covered by Kal Rotary for the successful applicant.
